Just had my first session of therapy

It wasn’t bad. It was actually pretty helpful. I feel like I learned a lot of things about myself.


It’s a really great thing you did it. You need to be very persistent, ir’s a long time process that can take a year to show some results but… it definitely helps. Also, not all therapists are exact;y the same, you need to click with your therapist. If you don’t feel it, just change. But congrats, it’s a courageous thing.

Massage therapy truly has worked wonders. Still waiting for the other therapy to help, but I have hope. I believe psychiatry has helped me but still waiting for psychology to help.
